Hi!

I am Elizabeth Koch, endurance coach and co-author of the Valkyrie 3 Mile training plan. I am a Marine Corps wife, mother of 3, registered nurse and running/endurance coach.  I am an endurance athlete myself having competed in a handful of half marathons, marathons and triathlon races.

As the wife of a Marine, I know the importance of the Physical Fitness Test and how it factors into a Marine, Soldier or Airman’s career.  My goal is to help aspiring women (or men) to improve their endurance in order to achieve their career goals in the military, law enforcement, fire etc. The Marine Corps has taken our family on many great adventures through the years and I have collected a variety of experiences coaching both Crossfit and Endurance.
